The cost of a sheet gasket can be affected by many factors, including its material, thickness, inner and outer diameters, bolt holes, sheet dimensions, cutting width, and processing rate. Manual calculations and separate spreadsheets can require considerable time and may produce inconsistent results between operators.
By entering the product dimensions, material, thickness, quantity, sheet information, and processing conditions, users can automatically calculate:

Sheet Layout Calculation and Cutting Preview
Based on the sheet width, sheet length, cutting width, and gasket dimensions, the software estimates the required sheet usage. It can also account for placing smaller gaskets within the remaining inner areas of larger gaskets and in available spaces on the sheet.
The cutting layout preview provides a visual reference of gasket placement, helping users review estimated material usage and prepare for production.
Quotation Management and Excel Export
Users can enter quotation numbers, customer names, contact persons, and contact details. Product information—including material costs, cutting charges, quantities, estimated weights, unit costs, and totals—can be exported in Excel format.
The exported data also includes sheet usage and cutting-cost summaries, making it suitable for internal cost reviews, quotation approval, and record management.
