Introducing Sealing Gasket Cost Calculator: Adding Spiral to Cutting
shouKINGEN Co., Ltd. has launched Sealing Gasket Cost Calculator, bringing a new Spiral module for spiral wound gaskets together with the previously introduced Cutting module for sheet gaskets.
Building on the original Cutting software, the application now supports costing for both gasket types in one place—from materials and dimensions to sales pricing and quotation export.
Two Calculation Modules in One Application
Cutting: Sheet Gasket Cost Calculation
Calculate costs using gasket materials, thicknesses, standards and dimensions, together with sheet prices and cutting conditions. Select standard sizes or enter custom dimensions.
Spiral: Spiral Wound Gasket Cost Calculation
Set inner ring, winding and outer ring materials and prices to calculate weights and costs based on gasket dimensions. Work with standard products or enter dimensions for custom gaskets.
Bring Both Gasket Types into One Quotation
Add calculation results from both modules to a shared quotation. Review and adjust quantities, sales unit prices and the overall order gross margin, then enter company details and quotation terms before exporting to Excel or PDF.
